More exciting news comes out of Disney this morning with the announcement of the return of Epcot’s International Festival of the Arts! Renamed this year as The Taste of EPCOT International Festival of the Arts, this popular Epcot festival celebrates the visual, performing, and culinary arts in exciting new ways! This year, Epcot’s International Festival of the Arts will be running January 8, 2021 through February 22, 2021, and will feature 15 “Food Studios.” A you these studios, guests will be able to sample beautiful, delicious culinary creations and participate in workshops. Art marketplaces will return and will spotlight artists who infuse their distinctive styles into a wide variety of creative mediums—jewelry making, photography, paper sculpting, t-shirt screenprinting and so much more! Plus, get involved and be part of the creative process! At some of the Festival Markets, you will have the opportunity to choose custom elements of your new piece of art and watch it come to life before your very eyes. Also returning are special photo locations and the popular paint-by-number attraction where guests can combine their collective efforts to create a special mural at the entrance of the World Showcase. This Mousekemom’s favorite feature of the festival will be returning as well- an opportunity to watch visiting artists at work as they practice their craft before your eyes! Also returning this year is the festival-exclusive merch that we all love, live performances by the JAMMitors and Mariachi Cobre and the popular scavenger hunt around the World Showcase led by the adorable festival mascot, Figment.
