Walt Disney World’s Top coffee spots will help you stay caffeinated while going around the parks.
This week the Mousekemoms had Matt Blackard from the Disney Coffee Blog on the podcast. Matt is a Walt Disney World local who is always looking for the best places to get coffee in Disney. He reviews each and every coffee drink in Disney World on Disney Coffee Blog, and he loves sharing this information with Disney fans to help them have a more caffeinated vacation.
Matt- the expert- is going to give you his insider take on the top 10 coffee drinks (and where to find them) in Walt Disney World:
10. Starbucks in Disney Springs West Side
The Starbucks is located by the air balloon and has some great unique flavors as well! Flavors that you won’t normally find at other Starbucks, makes this a special stop.
9. Joffrey's Coffee shop at Disney Springs
This Joffrey’s is the only place you can get all the different blends to take home with you! No better place to stop to get a fantastic souvenir for those coffee lovers! It also creates those fun little images on top of your coffees!
8. 'Ohana at Polynesian Resort
At the Polynesian Resort in ‘Ohana they have a specialized blend called Kona. This Polynesian blend is one of Matt’s favorites! You can find it at Kona or ‘Ohana.
7. Animal Kingdom Lodge
This selection shocked the Mousekemoms. Animal Kingdom Lodge does not have a coffee kiosks in the resort, but the restaurants do have some great African flavored coffees. Boma, Sanaa, and Jiko all have different blends are all are fantastic!
6. Enzo's Hideaway Restaurant at Disney Springs
This favorite Italian restaurant in Disney Springs takes their coffee very seriously and makes sure that it is up to the Italian standards. They also have a Shakerto that makes a fabulous cold espresso beverage!
5. Trolley Car Cafe in Hollywood Studios
Although this Starbucks is known for their treats, especially the carrot cake sandwich, this is a fantastic spot of coffee too! The best part of this Starbucks is the story behind how trolley cars were suppose to go down Hollywood studios boulevard. They have pictures and you can even see the tracks in the road by tower of terror. So head to this Starbucks for a fabulous coffee (and maybe a treat)
4. Le Petit Cafe in Riviera Resort
This pick was no surprise. The Mousekemoms are huge, huge fans of this cafe located in the Rivieras lobby. During the morning and day go get yourself a delicious espresso and during the night maybe add a little liquor! Coffee is just fantastic here and really is a huge plus to staying here!
3. Nomad Lounge in Animal Kingdom Park
No list of drinks (coffee or alcohol) would be complete without a stop at Animal Kingdom’s Nomad Lounge. There are so many different coffee options here, but Matt recommended the mustang coffee. This warm drink served in a glass cup has Crown Royal and we could not be more excited to try it!
2. Barcelona Lounge in the Gran Destino Tower
Coronado Springs opened their new Gran Destino Tower a few years ago and the food and beverage options are amazing at this property. The highlight though is the Barcelona Lounge. Coffee shop by day, bar by night has a special coffee blend from Mexico which needs to be tried!
1. Gideon's Bakehouse in Disney Springs
Last but not least- I bring you the Peanut Butter Cold Brew. This Florida local bakery known for their sweets paired with a local coffee shop and the peanut Butter Cold Brew was born. We kid you not – skip the cookies and get this cold brew, you will not be disappointed. This drink is why it is number one on the list.
