Well, Mousekefriends, we have news to share: the podcast has come to an end. In this post, we are covering the grand finale with our TOP 5 favorite MousekeMoms podcast moments throughout its 4-year run. We loved sharing all the Disney joy and information with you in that format. But as the Mouseketeers say, “Now it’s time to say goodbye.” Goodbye to JUST to the podcast, though!!! Not to US!

It All Began with the Mouseke-cocktail
One of our favorite things about the show was our signature lead-in, the Mouseke-cocktail. In fact, the idea for the podcast probably came to us while sharing a few favorite Disney beverages. Disney offers the most creative, delicious cocktails in creation and we have loved sharing these with you all.

Jen – From Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar at Disney’s Polynesian Resort, the Uh Oa. A fabulous tropical cocktail for 2 with two different rums, a variety of fruit juices, cinnamon and lime juice. It’s a ritual you won’t want to miss!
Juliana – From the Nomad Lounge at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, the Tempting Tigress. Russell’s Reserve 10yr Bourbon, St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram, Tamarind Syrup, and Lime Juice.
Lori – From the Enchanted Rose lounge at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, the Espresso Martini Stoli Vanil Vodka, Espresso, Crème de Cacao.

5. First Episode Recorded
When Disney World shut down in 2020 due to Covid, we needed to find a way to stay connected to Disney and bring Disney into our homes and yours. The MousekeMoms podcast was born from this idea that Disney must go on! 
Being in the Disney parks brings so many people joy. We had to keep that joy going during the pandemic! We were all stuck at home so what better way to pass the time than to talk about our favorite things at Disney! As travel planners, our job became reminiscing about travel and predicting its comeback.
4. 50th Anniversary at Magic Kingdom
Another top favorite episode is when we covered all the highlights for the 50th celebration at Magic Kingdom! Special shows, merchandise, food, celebrations. We were so excited to be there ourselves to experience this and then share it with you all!
We enjoyed the special opportunities that arose from bringing you the podcast. We needed first-hand knowledge to share so we made sure to be the first to see things like the 50th celebration and the Disney Cruise Line Wish.
3. Meeting Special Guests
Not only did we have opportunities to attend special events, we also have met the most wonderful people during the podcast. We brought on many guests to the show over the years, but some of our favorites include Ryan Wright, creator of Disney podcast Disney Inside Out; Ashley Craft, author of the Unofficial Disney and Universal Parks Cookbooks; and Brian Volk-Weiss, executive director of the Disney+ documentary, Behind the Attraction.

1. The Announcement of Kingdom and Cruise Travel
Our favorite episode of all time is when we announced the start of our travel agency, Kingdom and Cruise Travel.
We took a leap of faith to begin this venture during a very uncertain time for travel. Here we are years later and it is thriving! We have talented and experienced agents ready to help you book your vacations – not only to Disney but to destinations all over the world. We are “where vacation wishes come true!” and although our MousekeMoms podcast journey has come to an end, our agency journey has just begun. Now let us help you on your journey!
