Santa Claus Returns to Disneyland Resort
Santa Claus and other select characters will greet guests at the Fantasyland Theater at Disneyland, and will also make time for photo opportunities in Disney California Adventure at the Redwood Creek Challenge Trail through December 24. Guests can also look forward to opportunities to meet him at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel and Spa, Disneyland Hotel, and Pixar Place Hotel. Santa can also be spotted at the finale of the “A Christmas Fantasy Parade” in Disneyland Park!

Chip and Dale’s Ornament Pursuit will debut at Downtown Disney District November 22, 2024 through January 1, 2025. Guests can purchase a map at select Downtown Disney shops and search for special ornaments among the trees. Once completed, they can redeem it for a keepsake at World of Disney or Disney’s Pin Traders!

Holiday Decor Returns to Disneyland Resort
Holiday decor returns to Disneyland Resort, including a huge gingerbread house inside Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa! Guests can schedule a special holiday themed tour at Disneyland called “Holiday Time at Disneyland Guided Tour” where they will hear holiday stories about Walt and the Disney family with reserved viewing for “A Christmas Fantasy Parade”.
Ready for some relaxation? Guests can book holiday specific experiences at Tenaya Stone Spa, like the Under the Tree Signature Massage and Warmth of Holiday Foot Treatment.

Snow in Southern California? Guests can watch “snow” fall and fireworks fill the sky during “Believe…In Holiday Magic” nightly at Disneyland. Guests will also experience this “snowfall” along the Rivers of America, in front of “it’s a small world” Holiday, on Main St. USA, and on the west end of Downtown Disney.
In Disney California Adventure, guests can see hundreds of fountains shimmer with “snowflakes” during “World of Color – Season of Light”.

Disney Festival of Holidays returns to Disney California Adventure, showcasing diverse celebrations in Southern California. Festive Food Marketplaces will be available offering new and returning menu items.
Tiana’s Bayou Adventure debuts November 15
Probably the most anticipated event happening during this time is the debut of Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, opening November 15. Travel along the bayou with Tiana and Louis, the jazz-loving alligator from “The Princess and the Frog”. New and reimagined food and merchandise locations set the stage for this new attraction, and guests are sure to be delighted.
